Role Description:

This is an on-site contract Custodian role based in different areas across Trinidad and Tobago. The Custodian is responsible for performing daily cleaning and janitorial tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and following established health and safety guidelines. Custodians may support industrial maintenance activities as needed and are expected to adhere to company procedures, work schedules, and quality standards.

Qualifications

Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services, with strong attention to cleanliness and safety.
Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment (e.g., mops, vacuums, floor buffers) and follow proper cleaning and sanitization procedures.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry supplies for extended periods, and to perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions, work independently, and collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Willingness to work assigned shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on site requirements.
Previous experience in industrial maintenance or facility services is an asset but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read and understand safety signs, labels, and basic instructions is essential.
