This position is responsible for providing the highest quality of Customer Service to customers and field personnel. The CSR will have responsibility as a member of the team , for providing telephone support to respond to customers orders.

Responsibilities:

Create and update customer records (electronic and manual) with relevant information daily.
Answer phones and respond to customer queries
Document customer inquiries/correspondence and follow up as necessary
Identify, research and resolve customer issues using the computer system
Sell product and place customer orders in the computer system
Provide customers with product and service information, and touble shoot simple issues
Promote the company’s products and services
Post amounts submitted by the customer support representatives to customers’ accounts using established procedures.
Works closely with other customer support representatives to ensure customer satisfaction
Electronic and manual filing of documents

Minimum Requirements

5 CXC / CSEC passes, inclusive of Math and English
1-2 Years of related work experience

Ability to work independently
Must possess excellent organizational skills for handling multiple priorities
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be adept at using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word)
