Deefer Diving Carriacou

Deefer Diving is the premier SSI Diamond & PADI 5 star dive centre on Carriacou. Owners Gary and Alex combine a love of all things underwater with a wealth of experience. Deefer Diving offers PADI courses from beginner to professional level and daily trips for certified divers. June-2013 saw the launch of Deefer Diving's custom-built diving catamaran Bobcat. Deefer Diving's owner Gary says, “The culmination of a 7 month build project, we are tremendously excited about the new boat. The catamaran is the perfect dive boat – it's super-stable and there is lots of space.” At 29.6 ft long, Bobcat can comfortably take 10 divers plus staff on a two tank dive to any of Carriacou's over 30 dive sites. Music, snacks and drinks are available on board. A bimini cover provides shade over the main deck, while the trampoline in the bow is the perfect place for sun worshippers. Extra space means that certified divers can bring their families along to snorkel and have fun while they dive. Bobcat is also available for charters. The dive centre is located 10 meters from the beach in Carriacou's capital of Hillsborough, a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport, and within a short walk of the ferry dock.
