Role Description

This is a full-time Receptionist role based on-site in Georgetown. The Receptionist will handle front desk operations, including greeting clients, answering phone calls with professionalism, and addressing inquiries. Additional tasks include scheduling, maintaining records, managing clerical tasks, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and team members. The role requires delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a well-organized and welcoming reception area.

Qualifications

Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills to effectively manage client interactions and address inquiries
Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills, including scheduling appointments, managing records, and using office equipment
Excellent Communication skills to ensure clear and professional interactions with clients and team members
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
