Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in Nassau, Bahamas and supports daily hotel operations to ensure a high-quality guest experience. Responsibilities may include welcoming and assisting guests, handling inquiries, coordinating reservations or event details, and maintaining a professional, service-oriented presence throughout the property. The role collaborates with team members across departments to support smooth check-in/check-out processes, uphold brand standards, and respond promptly to guest needs. Additional tasks can involve administrative support, accurate recordkeeping, and proactive communication with management to address operational issues. The position requires flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and hospitality skills, with the ability to create a welcoming, professional experience for guests.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
Basic administrative and computer skills, including comfort with reservation or property management systems and standard office software.
Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team and follow established policies, procedures, and brand standards.
High level of reliability and integrity, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and cleanliness.
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front-line guest interaction is preferred but not required.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to support hotel operations.
