Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Nassau. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage service, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing food services, supervising staff, training team members, maintaining budgets, and developing strategies to enhance guest experiences while maximizing efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

Expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to enhance guest satisfaction
Experience in Training staff to maintain service excellence
Proficiency in Budgeting and cost control within food and beverage operations
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry
A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an asset
Previous experience in a similar managerial role is preferred
