Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent, located in Canewood, St. Thomas, Barbados. The Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and preparing necessary sales documentation. Additionally, the Sales Agent will collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions to stay updated on market trends and company policies.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and provide tailored support
Experience in Sales networking with the ability to confidently negotiate deals and understand property-related policies
Willingness to participate in Training and to continuously acquire knowledge about market trends and company procedures
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Previous experience in real estate or a related field is advantageous
Proficiency in utilizing technology and software tools for property management and client communication
