Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nassau for a Program Manager at B360™. The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and adherence to budgetary, time, and quality constraints. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, setting project objectives, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders. The role requires strategic planning, leadership, and communication to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project planning, execution, risk management, budget oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
Leadership and Team Management: Experience in managing cross-functional teams, providing guidance, and fostering collaboration to meet project goals.
Communication and Presentation: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including the ability to present project updates to stakeholders effectively.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Proficiency in evaluating project performance data, addressing challenges, and implementing actionable solutions to improve outcomes.
Technical Expertise: Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies used in program management, and experience in areas such as construction management, logistics, or consulting is preferred.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, engineering, or a related field; PMP certification or similar is a strong advantage.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively under tight deadlines.
Preferred: Knowledge of finance, infrastructure, energy, or ICT operations; previous experience with government or consulting projects is a plus.
